Shocking after service, left patio doors with gaps that you could pass a piece of paper through, took 2 months of promised dates without people showing up to finally get it resolved, then threatened us when we refused to pay full amount and were extremely rude. The only decent contactwas the fitter that rectified the job and it took him all day to repair the initial mess!!!!

I’ve used SafeStyle multiple times for windows, doors and a porch. I’ve had excellent service from the sales people, to the surveyor and fitters. I highly recommend them, and wouldn’t use anyone else. They always arrive on time, work efficiently, leave my home clean and tidy, you wouldn’t know they’d been in (apart from seeing the wonderful work they’ve done!). All the SafeStyle staff (including those on the phone) are extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
Violations of Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Credit Act, and misuse of Housing Regulations from this outfit. Head Office most apologetic thank you Veronica. Trading Standards will be informed. Please take great care with this company - make good use of your cooling off period under Distance Selling rules. Update - reader, she got her money back! It took two weeks, two cheques as the first one was misprinted, and finally a hand delivered refund from the regional manager. Know. Your. Rights.
I feel compelled to comment on their sales technique. I have just had my elderly mother on the phone to me. She is in tears and clearly very shaken after an unsolicited visit from a “salesman”. Despite telling him that she is not interested in anything they have to offer she has been forced into divulging her name and telephone number, and has been threatened with a return visit. She now feels bullied, threatened and unsafe in her own home. Surely if they offered a half decent service & didn’t try to rip people off they wouldn’t need to resort to these kind of tactics. Please let this incident be a warning to others. This company stoops very very low.
Worst company. Don't get windows from them. Sending one worker which I had to help him, bad work, still waiting for them to replace the pvc, customer service avoid to help. Fitter promise someone will come over to finish work cuz he couldn't do it. They are sending visit person to get the pictures of work and then they lose everything and had to make another appointment which aswell dissappear and STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO COME BACK! Not even contact them. Untrained staff, luck of knowledge, smoking around fake advertising.
