Im very impressed with Urban Bar. I got in tluch regarding having one of their shot jiggers engraved for a friends 30th birthday. They were SO helpful. I thought as it was just a single item they may not have taken my order seriously. But they really do put the customer first. My order was prosessed quickly and they really did go the extra mile for me. The jigger was of such high quality and the engraving was brilliant. Cant wait to order more bar wear from this company for myself. Their glassware selection is amazing! Thank you so much.
