I had a very pleasant time at Cream this morning. Very happy with the service I received. The staff were extremely helpful and completely honest about what suited me and what didn't. Found a lovely outfit for wedding in May and the hat is to die for! Wouldn't hesitate to return again in 2022 when my eldest son gets married. SO HAPPY CAN'T WAIT TO WEAR IT! Thank you xx Linda Smith
From my mum: My daughter married at the beginning of December and as a lady of a certain age for whom formal wear of any sort was something from the past, I was totally at sea when it came to knowing what would be appropriate for me. I met Sue at a wedding fair and explained my concerns. She cast an eye over my ‘figure’ and said ‘I know what will suit you‘. I booked an appointment and had the pleasure of trying on a number of outfits until we found the one. Sue then worked her magic - I thought it looked good but using pins and her vast expertise Sue tweaked things until it fitted beautifully. After a couple more fittings the outfit was ready. I hired a matching hat and on the day I felt comfortable and elegant. Sue went above and beyond to ensure that I looked my very best - and boy did she achieve her aim. She knew that my main aim was not to let my daughter down and I don’t think I did - it was a Cinderella type transformation in my eyes. What Sue doesn’t know is that it was the first time in over 30 years that I had worn a dress!!! I cannot thank Sue and her staff enough for giving me the confidence to step outside my comfort zone - the service was exceptional and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I will be back!
