At the choosing and buying stage I would have given this business 5 stars but a catalogue of errors on their part means I would not recommend this business. I was given wrong information regarding the product, delivery and fitting costs. Initially told it would be a couple of weeks before it was ready but that turned out to be a month which was not a problem but there was no communication. I was told it would be about 100 to have it fitted but that almost doubled at 180. I was also told the fire came with a set of coals and logs as standard which was not the case. When the fitters came to install the fire surround the back panel did not fit so they brought another but it was the wrong colour. He said he would re order as soon as he got back to the office and they would be in touch. A month later I rang for an update only to be told it had not been ordered as they thought it had been sorted. It was then ordered but when they wanted to fit it I was going away for a few days but said I would be back on the friday so the manager said he would be in touch. One week later I rang to see when it would be fitted and was told the manager would ring me. I had to ring again today (another week) and I managed to get it fitted but the manager was quite dismissive and initially not apologetic almost threatening that if I was going to argue with him he would leave. Now I don't think that is any way to conduct a business. I feel like once they have your money they are not interested which is on stark contrast to friendly and attentive service I received when purchasing the fire.
