From the first contact with Chris I can't praise enough the empathy I received. The whole experience of saying goodbye to a much loved pet was made easier than I've experienced previously. Chris put me in touch with Rob (vet), who came to my home where we were able to say goodbye in comfort without distress of having to travel to the vets. Even collecting my dogs ashes was a comforting process.

Where can I start! I honestly don’t have enough words to express how eternally grateful we are to Chris and his service’s. He allowed us to give our beautiful lady, Maisie the dignified, respectful and most peaceful goodbye we could have ever imagined. The ease we felt from just the telephone call was more than enough to give us the confidence that we’d made the right decision. He arranged the most wonderful vet, Rob, to come to our home so Maisie didn’t have the unnecessary stress of being taken to the vets. Rob was warm, compassionate, professional and so respectful of both Maisie and ourselves. Chris gave us the most important thing and that was time! Time with Maisie, time to grieve and most of all time to process what we were going through and to make the best decisions for Maisie. We will never forget Chris’s compassion, warmth and professionalism, he is truly an amazing person. Thank you so much.
I really can’t recommend Old Flatts Farm and Chris enough. We took our beloved 10 year old bunny here as I wanted an individual cremation for him. Chris made what was such a hard time easier. He showed us empathy and a genuine interest in My buns life. He made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. Nothing would have been too much trouble for him. I can’t thank you enough Chris.
Can’t thank Chris enough for looking after me and my old girl Millie. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone!! Nothing was too much trouble and he was just so loving and caring to me and Millie. I didn’t know where to turn to when Millie passed but I knew of others that had used his services and I tell you I was not disappointed!!! If I could give more than 5 stars then I would. Millie is now at peace and was back home with me within 48 hours of me first taking her to Chris. Thank you so much again from the bottom of my heart!! Thank you for everything you have done for me and my old girl ️
I would like to highly recommend this place for its service and attention to detail. losing a pet so suddenly is very hard to comprehend however with help from this company the whole process has been so much easier. the place is set out perfectly in the countryside which is easy to find and accessible with small additions that just make the scene idyllic. Cleanliness - the place inside and out is immaculate. Time management - there time management is outstanding, the whole process was completed very fast and efficiently. Compassion - We was in constant contact with them and everything was done in a very sensitive manner, every choice right down to the finer details was made by us. Services - they offer so many services to make it as personal as you need. from collecting your animal to creating the perfect memorial. We would like to make a personal comment to the owner Chris and thank him for his professionalism and sensitivity when dealing with us. It is very clear to see the dedication he has. Well Done Chris Overall, fantastic place and fantastic service through such a difficult time. To Xena Williams (R.I.P ZeZe) You wagged your tail. You loved without fail. You smiled your teeth with your paws in the air. You only barked once or twice in your sleep. The Williams household is now empty. And so are our hearts. Walks will be lonely. Now that we are all apart. You were our baby by far. Your pups and you will never be apart, fly higher than a star just like you are. We will all meet again.
