I have just ordered a second ultra deep fitted sheet as it is the first sheet I have found to cover our deep mattress & not keep coming untucked. It has elastic all the way around which I think is what makes all the difference. It has washed really well & no ironing needed which is a bonus! It feels very comfortable to sleep on & the colour is great. Customer service is brilliant too. A great company.

Victoria Linen supplied me with fitted sheets for an adjustable mattress. I had not appreciated that they would be made to order and that they would take a while to be made and hadn't made allowances for this. However, when my new bed was about to be delivered, I used their online chat to try and find out when delivery might be. The lady confirmed that the sheets would not be ready but offered to send some white ones which they had in stock to tide me over which were shipped to me for free. The white sheets fitted well. After waiting a month, I phoned for an idea of when my order would come. Apologies for delay due to less staff working for Covid which is fair enough but assured me they would come the following week, which they did. Fabulous quality goods, fits well, material is quality and I'm sure will last a long time. Although there was a delay, customer service was brilliant. I would use again
Quality is great, with really strong stitching. Colour swatch was useful in confirming that the colour matched. Very friendly and helpful customer service. Yes delivery is slow, but they are custom made to customer spec.and we are in the middle of an epidemic!
