They were amazing, our salesman was very accommodating, understanding, and patient with us. We had no intentions of buying a car that night but he had everything we needed when we did make that decision to make the transition from my old car to the new car. He gave my children balloons and colors to keep them occupied. The whole experience was amazing!

A picture of what was done to my car when I picked it up. after three days in the shop with no repairs made I found it like this covered with a white powdery and baked on residue that is certainly not caused by the rain. I did manage to get it off after many attempts with spot removers, polishers and waxes. I was informed by the management that it was my fault. I don't think so.

I have been going to Lakeside Chevrolet for the past 5 years. The entire crew at Lakeside Chevrolet are awesome. Chuck Hawkins, the Service Rep, is top notch in getting things done in a timely, efficient and affordable manner. Having a 1999 Yukon XL Denali is sometimes challenging in getting parts and Chuck has always helped me in finding the parts that are not available through GM. If you're looking for the best place in getting your vehicle serviced Lakeside is the place to go.

My daughter, fresh out of college, was shopping for her first \adult on my own\ car. After calling and talking to several different stores, she landed at Lakeside with Brandon Roberts. Brandon was beyond professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful on this deal. I will not only recommend him to everyone I can, I will also make him my first call anytime my family needs a new vehicle. Keep up the good work, Brandon!!

I will never use this shop EVER again. I took my car in for body work and was told it would take a week. After the week was up I went in to pick my car up, and it wasn't until I got there that I was told it was going to be another week - really? They couldn't have called? Is it that hard to pick up the phone? Fine, whatever. So, halfway through week two I reached out to them, because they refuse to tell me anything, and I wanted to make sure that the new date that they gave me was definitely the final date. And guess what? It's going to be yet another week! Maybe two! And they haven't even ordered parts, so you know, they'll get around to doing that at some point - maybe. Needless to say this whole experience has been awful, and to make matters worse they've been rude the whole time. They even hung up on my husband when he called to check on my car.
