This centre is staffed by splended people who are charming as much as they are caring. The receptionist were happy to help with my queries. The doctor who did my scan was very thorough and very pleasant putting me at ease. The young lady nurse was kindness itself. I will have no hesitation in attending this NHS Community Health centre again. Thank you again for a caring experience.

Went to audiology, with tinnitus, and was open in explaining other health problems I had. The staff are brilliant, I am aware other people have complained about waiting times, but in response the service provided by the staff is well worth this as they are professional and brilliant at diagnosing and referring to get you the best possible help.

I had to go to see the InHealth Pain Management working for NHS and whilst the Nye Bevan House contains much more I can only go off my visit the receptionist staff are very friendly and welcoming and booked me in without any fuss but then I waited for a good while in what I can only explain as extremely uncomfortable seating while I am not unhappy with my appointment I think that as they know that some of the people who come for appointments could be better seated with slightly higher chairs with arm's on to help them get on and off the chairs please consider the ambulatory disabled

Attended for my first mammogram there. Unwelcoming & miserable member of staff who used no hand ppe or sanitizer. No explanations of process. Never looked at the questionnaire i was asked to fill in at their request, which included current issues with existing lump. Enquired abt trial was invited on and she just dismissed it. In and out within 5 mins. Wont go there in 3 years . Avoid if you can
