This company is incapable of surviving in a digital age which is only exacerbated by limitations during COVID-19. I tried extremely hard to buy a vehicle from this dealership but they can't even respond. Basic quotations and information were like pulling teeth. Don't be on a timeline because they will for sure miss it. This is the first time I've ever stopped pursuing a vehicle due to the lack of response from a dealership. Not a tire kicker and haven't even gotten to an offer stage, ready to buy today and they don't seem to take it serious. I contacted via phone and email on multiple occasions.

Back And Forth With Service Staff & GM Corporate and things not getting fixed correctly..They try to fix it on things that should have been done right the first time around & at first try to blame it on the Customer for something they broke...They dont even offer a complimentary Carwash or detail once they work on your vehicle and you get your vehicle back with Grease spots and Marks/Scratches that wasnt there before your vehicle was brought in..I wouldnt recommend them for anything AT ALL

Very positive experiences with Anna as service rep. We've only had minor service work but she has always been very pleasant and works to make sure her customers are completely satisfied. We have always been able to get appointments at convenient times for us and then the White Chevy folks have made sure the work is completed timely. The service techs have gotten things fixed right the first time and have taken good care of the vehicles while they had them in their care. Thanks to Anna and the White Chevy team.
