I saw a Dr Antonio Reyes at this location and in Stockbridge. The first visit I REFUSED to be weighed due to extreme swelling in both feet. I told the male nurse he wouldn't get an accurate weight. My symptoms worsened during the month I waited for my next appointment. The nurse called me promptly. The last call she said she'd tell the Dr about my worsening symptoms. I HEARD NOTHING. I went to get my medical records because I decided to see another doctor. I found errors! I DO NOT WEIGHT 278 LBS DUE TO EXCESSIVE CALORIES! They omitted my thyroid meds on the report which I take daily due to UNDERACTIVE thyroid! I've lost 46 lbs since on the meds. I DON'T APPRECIATE THE LIE IN THE REPORT! I WAS NEVER WEIGHED! I've attached a event photo! Dr Antonio Reyes or someone in his office wrote a blatant lie and I'm filing an official report with the appropriate authorities!
