Wheelchair-accessible entrance
Always busy recently. I understand it is because of distancing but there’s the possibility to use the gate further down as an entrance but not sure why they don’t? Every time it’s busy it causes tailbacks onto the roundabout which affects other drivers. It’s a nightmare trying to recycle stuff recently and will only lead to fly tipping if this carries on.

Quite well organised but being disabled had a problem climbing the steps to put waste bags in the skip
