This is the sales home for some of the houses built at The Commons at Richmond Hill. We live in the neighborhood. Very nice neighbors, but nobody is pleased at all the current \HOA\, or \board\ that consists only of the couple that are the developers. Many unfulfilled promises of amenities. Things will remain \tense\ in the neighborhood until 85% of homes are sold. At the time of this review, we are only at 35%.
