Our garage door would not open. My wife's car was inside. It is a Friday afternoon. I called A-1 and they had some one here in two hours! Jason walked into the garage and spotted the problem immediately. He was done in 1/2 hour. Jason was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. That was money well spent!

Matt and Daniel did a great job of installing new door and opener and replacing a wood frame with a PVC frame. The were timely, organized and very professional. I liked the job they did, especially finding construction problems under the frame and making improvements as they went. Left clean and all done in less than a day.

They installed beautiful, huge garage doors in our barn. We had a very specific vision, and we received quotes from many different companies. A1 was the only one that offered what we wanted within our budget. They were prompt in communicating, and while we had to wait a while for our custom doors to be made, it was worth it. All of the staff- from the salesman who came out to quote the job, to the installation crew, to the support staff on the phone were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Everyone that I interacted with were courteous and professional! There was a small issue with the manufacturer of the insulation for my garage door shipping out less than was ordered. Brandon called to apologize even though the fault was with the manufacturer. He immediately called them up and made sure they shipped out the proper material this time. As we were waiting, he called to give me status reports on the order. As soon as the correct material came in, they called and scheduled the installation right away. The installers did a great job installing the insulation as well. I cannot say enough about how great this company is! I would definitely recommend these guys.

Had a good experience with A-1 Door Company. From the initial call by the helpful female to the initial survey visit to the installation visit, I was pleasantly surprised and thankful. They replaced everything but the garage door opener and tracks, which definitely makes for a good installation all around. Always room for improvement, but definitely give them an overall 4 out of 5 rating.
