Very unreliable service. They seem to have little concern for their customers and are far far from professional. I would not recommend going there. Gave them a phone for re-gluing of the screen (it was ungluing at the upper edge). They asked some questions, said it will be ready the next day and were supposed to write an sms to let us know. They didn't. So we called them and it turned out that they forgot about the phone completely! And they asked the same questions again. So they weren't even listening/noting anything the first time. After the phone was done (2 days later), and we came to pick it up, it wasn't even turning on. They of course apologized and claimed it was turning on earlier. After some 20 minutes of fiddling, they managed to fix what they broke. The screen is glued and the phone works fine. However, the screen is not glued completely in the middle (it sort of goes up and down a bit when you touch it). They claimed that it has to be like that and there was just no other way. We accepted that at the time. But now, after I read all the bad reviews here, I wonder if what they claimed was true.
