Impressed with service today! Was looking for two products today that they don't appear to stock (I can usually find everything I want in this store, but these were unusual items) so asked at customer service desk. Two attendants, Sharon and Morwenna, were so helpful. Even phoned the local 'Extra' store to see if they could do a store transfer to save me having to go over there! I'm not sure yet if they'll be able to (they have my details to let me know), but either way these two staff deserve recognition. They were both busy so felt bad occupying their time (not at the same time!) but both really showed dedication to the person they were serving (me!). I always shop in this store as it's only two minutes round the corner and have never had a negative experience, but today I really felt they went above and beyond. So much so that I felt compelled to write a review. All the staff are pleasant, not even judging me for buying too much chocolate! I wait to find out if the store transfer thing is possible, but if it isn't at least I'll know it's due to red tape further up the organisation, the ladies on the front line have done what they can and deserve a well done! Watch this space!

Such a wonderful store. Staff are simply the best.Always friendly and extremely helpful. Always clean and variety of goods is good for a smaller store.
