I have to say I cannot recommend this company enough. I read the reviews and decided to take the chance and send off my PS4 via DPD. Peter phoned me a couple of days later and gave me some options for repair. The repairs were completed and sent back to me in a couple of days. Amazing service from a genuinely nice guy willing to help get the issue solved. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed. Thank you Peter

Seriously this company is the real deal, I have NEVER had such speedy service. Sent it off via DPD home pickup at 1pm Tuesday. It was back and fixed in my hands at 9am Thursday. Unbelievable. Disclaimer: Also paid for priority service, but that doesn't change the amazing turnaround time. Good customer service to boot and the lowest prices you can find. Thanks Peter and team.

I was naturally nervous about sending my beloved PS4 off for repair, especially since lots of websites don't seem completely trustworthy. I saw all the good reviews for MultiTek and decided to risk it, and I'm glad I did. They charged a competitive price for the repair of my HDMI port and fixed it quickly.
