Did the click and collect and it did keep me safe during COVID - I thought the 5 charge was a bit too much - but I felt all workers operated extremely safely eg disinfecting the trolley before they gave it to me

For collection only due to covid they had a clear waiting area for customers, the staff load up items and call out your order number. I saw inside most sanitized thier hands EVERY time before touching a new trolley. Those that didn't, did it about every other time. Only downside is they could only hold my item for 2 days before it being 'returned' so i had to reorder.

Do not even want to give one star. Absolutely incompetent! NEVER buy a kitchen from them. 4 months on and they still manage to muck it up! VERY unhappy customer. Cannot call, they will not reply to email. So frustrating! Surprised they are still trading!

During this covid pandemic i like the ikea system click and collect. It is easy to collect. They bring you the item on the trolley infront of the store collection point.

I always spend an hour longer than I intended and buy things that I didn't know I needed. Great store though. I have a new wish list for my art room... My partner has her new kitchen wish list too... Recommended...
