I went in today with my teenage daughter to sell a digital camera as we're saving up for something else now. The staff were lovely & friendly, really helpful, explained everything. They went above & beyond to sort things out for us & the transaction went smoothly. My daughter was really pleased with what she received & we'll definitely be back again. Also, really clean & covid safe if that's something that concerns you!

The staff, especially a slim, bold fella with a goaty is really accommodating and will do everything to help you, for example if the item is due to be redeemed today but you will have the money only in couple of days and you have been doing business with the shop for a while then it only takes a phone call and I am 100%certain that you won't loose your item. Staff understand they clients and will do they best. Value of your item will get you round 35% of retail prices and the loan charge is hefty but it's a last minute option to save your butt till either payday or benefit payment. So if you want a top dollar for your item then you are in the wrong place. So it's a small but helpful little shop in Reading.
Brilliant place. I always thought cash converters made money from peoples misfortune but I was WRONG!!. The staff especially LEE are very helpful. I recommend anyone to go there. They give you a fair buy back price for your items and if you need a few days or weeks grace they give it to you! .If you're stuck for cash or want to buy second hand goods go to cash converters in Reading!!
