Cashier was rude and was not a good representation of auntie anne's at all. Playing loud music and seemed to be bothered to assist a customer. If I had not had these awesome pretzels before I would not have spent my hard earned money. WILL NOT be going back on the future

I could give this specific auntie Anne’s a -5 review. I wanted a pretzel and I waited half an hour there was a rude staff when my pretzel was ready is was moldy and hard and staill

I was so disappointed I drove 30 minutes to this location to grab a pepperoni pretzel and he only ones they had were all burnt. Then the server tried to state that that's how they come out when that's not how they come out. Mted cheese doesn't look like burnt cheese. So disappointed. What's even more disappointing is when I get to my car I realize she gives me the wrong dipping sauce. Please if you get a paycheck from this place pay attention to what you're doing. No matter how much the cost of the food is, people prefer quality food over burnt food.
