Like a zoo in there today, no social distancing, not the customers fault, just greedy store managers cramming everyone in for profits. If there is another spike, this will definitely contribute to it. Feel sorry for staff, as they are at risk with the amount of people in there today. 5 stars for the hard working shop assistants. 2 star overall for the pure greed of Asda. You should be ashamed!

Massive store, the biggest in Leeds area I believe. You will loose track of time and money as well Massive George's corner. They also have ASDA pharmacy and ASDA photo. Huge electrical corner and a nicepizza corner. Recently they added a sushi corner as well. They have clean public toilets and a massive parking space. The staff are fabulously helpful at all times.

I went to Asda at Owlcoates yesterday, early evening. You wouldn't know there was a pandemic going on. I feel sorry for the staff who have to work at the store, as far as keeping safe is concerned. Firstly, at the entrance there was 2 cleaning stations, one had dry wipes, no spray to use to clean trolleys, the second had wipes and spray. I used it but didn't see anyone else who entered the store at the same time as me use it. There was no hand gel on show. There was quite a lot of people in the store not wearing face masks or had them round their necks. I saw 2 security men chatting, no social distancing and no masks. Two young members of staff stacking fridge shelves, no social distancing and no masks (apparently exempt). Every aisle I went on there was at least one person or a family group not wearing masks. When I paid I asked who I could mention this to, the assistant referred me to customer service. I spoke with customer service who rang and asked for a manager to come to speak to me. Both the assistants were pleased I was saying something because they are not allowed to and they know how bad it is. Well, apparently nothing can be done! After discussion I was told the best thing to do was get in touch with my MP. The assistant by the entrance is supposed to be offering masks to people who aren't wearing one. From what I saw this is not happening. I might add in any other store I have been in I have not experienced this and feel quite safe. This is so unfair on staff and customers. I did hear something coming over the tannoy about wearing masks but it was difficult to understand. I will not be returning.

Stay away from Owlcotes if you value your health/safety. Over-crowded and populated by Covidiots out shopping in whole families because they've nothing better to do. Should be elevated to Tier 5.

Staff on the shop floor working really hard under difficult circumstances. Staff in business dress stood around chatting. Asked one for help, they did grab me a basket but then I overheard one say 'quick, let's get out of here!' and scurry back to the safety of the office. You've got to laugh. Also couldn't get parked in anywhere wide enough to get newborn baby out of the car. A couple in a Jaguar parked in parent & child despite not having children. But I was the one who got ticked off by member of staff for parking in the 'wrong place'. Some amazing small businesses just next door in Farsley including a great butchers and greengrocers. From now on I'm going to shop in Farsley rather than be treated like scum at Asda, whilst making 2 billionaire petrol station tycoon brothers with no regard for safety even more rich.
