I started training with Kyle October 18, best thing I’ve ever done! After sitting on the bike in the gym watching him with his clients I eventually took the plunge... I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to lift the weights or keep up.. Kyle reassured me all along .. he’s very positive and doesn’t let you just give up! Encouraging you to get the best results you can get! I’ve lost weight, I’m stronger and at 48 years old in the best shape I’ve ever been... Hes taught me boxing and now I LOVE the gym! Thankyou Kyle
