We needed to buy a new cooker after having a bad experience with another company so we decided to go to Hughes. They've had lots of cookers on display and their sales man Ryan was very helpful and patient with us. He answered all our questions and helped us to choose the best cooker for our budget. The best part was that the cooker was delivered and fitted a few hours later so we didn't have to be without cooker for a long time. The cooker works great and we are very happy with it. I baked a cake to test the oven and it came out perfect. Fantastic service and very good products. Thank you.

Very good. Shahid was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Also very patient. Such a far nicer experience, compared with when I've visited other rival companies like Currys. I'll definitely return to Hughes in future. Also the delivery men were brilliant. It took them alot of effort, but they insisted on doing everything precisely, really going the extra mile, which I appreciated.

Went in to buy a TV today, very confused with all the different technology, but Ryan explained brilliantly and helped us find the right TV for us. Great knowledge and friendly service. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. We will certainly be returning when we need any new electricals!

I had never used Hughes for electrical purchases, I usually get my items from Richer Sounds. However they were out of stock and Hughes had the TV I wanted at a slightly lower price. Delivery was made within 2 days of me ordering and the TV was in perfect condition when it arrived. Would not hesitate to use Hughes again.
