I bought a used Giotto 3 way tripod head from RK. Prior to this I had purchased a Reged Carbon fibre tripod and a monopod and was very happy with both. The Giotto head never felt right. There was too much rigidity on the moves. The crux came when the locking mechanism for the quick release plate broke off. That made me think \(GRRR)\. I phoned RK and spoke to Roy. He happily refunded me my money despite the fact that I was about a month out of date for his used warranty. My overall experience is that this is a dealer that treasures your custom and I rate him highly both for his professionalism and his very polite demeanour.
