The helpful staff make booking in easy. I haven't had to wait long to board any of the times I've used the ferry, although i usually arrive with minutes to spare.. Some of the ferries are newer\u200b than the others, but all have been clean, tidy and fairly relaxing.

I arrived early, and was placed on the next departure. Ferries were on time and a nice comfortable crossing with plenty of social distancing measures in place onboard. I have no complaints and would and will use again.
