The Farm Cafe blew me out of the water. It is a little pricey (average 20 entree) but worth every dollar. I ordered the pecan stuffed ravioli and literally cleaned my plate the sauce was so good. The house wine was excellent for the price and Sunken Chocolate Souffle was awesome! As The Farm appears to be a classy establishment, I expected the staff to be uptight and snooty. I couldn't have been more wrong. The staff was laid back and casual and the service was on the ball (granted it was a slower Tuesday night). I am excited to go back and check out the popular cocktails and Happy Hour menu. Farm would definitely be a good date spot too.

We had party of 5 for early Sunday dinner. We enjoyed vast amounts of food: appetizers, main course, dessert and great Oregon wine. Great service, great ambiance, locally-sourced food and drink. All for 45 bucks each. Well-done.
Old school Portland staple. Excellent quality food in a refreshingly non trendy but tasteful environment. Try the clams and fries and baked Brie. Salads are fresh and delicious. Beautiful patio in summer and cozy interior in winter. I've been going here for 6 years!
The waiter forgot to put in our appetizer hour, but was very apologetic and gave us free dessert. The food was amazing. I had the tamale, but I tasted the ravioli and that was delicious too. Drink was good. Got the carbonated margarita. Man was that strong -- tasted awesome too!
Called to make a reservation and after 12 minutes of being on hold, hung up and called back. The lady who answered the phone was apologetic and put me on hold to grab the hostess who was taking reservations, but while taking another 5 minutes and in the process of doing so I heard them bicker. AHHHH just take our reservation! The girl was a total brat when she came onto the phone and told us the wait was "only 30 minutes...maybe 60" and suggested we come in. That's a huge gap, but whatever, I lived down the street and I was hungry, so my friend and I walked over. Once arriving, all it took was about 5 minutes and maybe 3 employees to walk past us simply waiting for someone to acknowledge us, but we were sat almost immediately after that. We began with the cheese plate, for 10 I was disturbed that it only came with one kind of cheese? I ordered a lemonade and it was overflowing with ice, I think I got maybe three sips before the entirety of liquid was gone! Of course no refills and I wasn't about to spend another 4. (the picture I posted proves it, how absurd!) The sauteed mushrooms with herbs were incredible and my pan-fried trout was delicious (a little salty, but flavorful nonetheless), all of the other food we got was good enough for me to give this place a second chance... but service is a huge deal and I was sorely disappointed with every aspect of it. Bummer.
Pretty good, but they add a LOT of salt, so make sure you hydrate well before going here. Also, I (personally) recommend sitting at the bar in the back instead of at a table... (PS NO RESERVATIONS COME EARLY/PLAN AHEAD)
Yum. Seriously, great food. Everything tastes fresh, portions are perfect, and the atmosphere is great. I walk over sometimes when I just feel like I need something both satisfying AND healthy. I especially like sitting on their patio in the back.
