Really good friendly helpful staff always, and a really quick turnaround for my order.
I was so impressed with how friendly and helpful the lady working there was. Despite it being busy she still found time to talk me through the passport application and now I feel much more confident about applying digitally. I highly recommend and will be returning.
The woman working there didn't respond much to my anxiety ridden fiance. She was trying to ask for advice before printing it but she continue to ignore and help other customers that came in afterwards!!! She even cropped out the stuff she wanted to print, she then said there was nothing she could do!!! And a result the photo came out the wrong size and was all blurry and without the border that she wanted. Why be nice and help everybody else but not this young woman, we are so angry about this disgusting customer service with no moral principles. It was the large woman
We have used this photography shop for years. There are 2 staff in particular who are outstanding and go beyond what is expected of them. One is a young man and the other is a lady with short dark hair. I don't their names unfortunately. Both have the patience and skills to create the photos we want whether its from a phone or a copy of an old family photo. They always frame it carefully and remember which frames we had before. We must have bought more than 20.
