This is my favorite metaphysical supply store. Great vibe. Great selection. Items for literally EVERY budget. Employees have always been very kind but not pushy. They let you shop & are always more than happy to address questions

I’ve shopped at Earth Lore for going on 6 years now. Retail wise, it’s great. Costumer service and staff wise, I’ve unfortunately have never had a pleasant experience interacting with the cashiers and managers. The irony of a storefront selling tools to aid in spirituality and positive energy! I’ve read a few other reviews stating similar interactions with the staff that offered a negative lasting effect. I would appreciate to go back feeling confident that I’m going to be treated like a valued customer. Spending almost 800 today and being treated so poorly wasn’t the shopping experience I’d had hoped for. Disappointed, yet again. I understand the pressure of working during COVID times is a stressor, but the attitudes have always been sour and I’d love to see that improve so I can feel fully confident in supporting this small business.

I visited this shop today, the sign on the door says 17 people allowed in the store, when I arrived there were 8 people browsing, the girl at the desk told me I had to make an appointment, I asked why and was told that it was their policy. I explained to her that the stores website said it was open for walk in customers and the sign on the door said 17 people, she replied that she was waiting for people who had made an appointment and I wouldn’t be able to shop. I tried calling the store before I drove over, but no one answered the phone. This is not a good way to run a business. I will not shop there again, and would not recommend this business to anyone. If I could give them a zero stars I would.

Earth Lore is a must see in DTP. It is a very cute and spiritual store. They sell a lot of stones, candles, incense, figures, jewelry and more. I come here every time I'm in Plymouth. The staff is always really nice and friendly. Def check it out if you haven't already!
