II had a parcel delivered through these guys. It was insured. It arrived damaged and was delivered to a neighbour. Because it was signed for by someone, this case, the neighbour I was told there is no redress. Any form of damage refund simply wont happen. My experience elsewhere Is it does. So with 30 postage and 65 loss to buyer a uk 4 kilo delivery cost me 95... I also received no email confirmation of my order. It was correctly packaged. I wont use these guys again. Sad as the staff seem on it.
