So glad our lease is up soon. Things in the gym are always broken, they decided to renovate the pool area during the whole summer (June-October) so we barely even got to use it, neighbors car got stolen from inside the gated complex. Unit next to us got flooded out after some idiot activated the sprinkler system and now they’ve been banging on the walls renovating for the last three weeks from 7 am to 5 pm. It looks nice from the outside but it’s not. So glad to get out of here.

Great apartment complex. Safe, secure and really well looked after with a great HOA. Facilities are first class and within an easy walk to Paradise Valley mall. I have looked at many complexes in Phoenix and found this the best by far
