I came in the branch needing to do share branching and was struggling to find my account number. Cindy Emery was so patient and helpful . She called my credit union so I could get the account number. I'm actually considering switching credit unions because the customer service was so wonderful.

Great credit union with a great staff. They know my name and say \Hi Donna!\ when I walk in. I'm treated like a person, not just an account number. The branch was recently renovated and looks very clean and modern. It only takes 5 to open up an account.

I visited SunWest after work -- looking for a bank that invests locally. Although they were closing very soon (5:30 p.m.), Cindy walked me through the account opening process, got a debit card working, and finished all the necessary paperwork for opening a savings and checking account. She was terrific! She made me feel like a valued customer. I'm looking forward to banking with SunWest.

Compared to my other credit union, SunWest customer service feels a lot like being at the big banks. Another person, another number, nothing that creates a more personable experience. Service is everything. It's the small things like a smile and greeting a customer with how are you. Don't even get that.

Where do I begin? Went in for an auto refinance did not know what to expect. The process was easy, Cindy Emery was kind, very helpful and easy to talk with. She walked me through everything I should expect and all the other things I needed to do after leaving the branch. I walked out feeling great about my decision, such a great credit union.
