This was by far the most unprofessional place I’ve ever encountered. I originally contacted them regarding court classes. While having a phone interview, the “counselor” I felt she was rude and not allowing me time to answer, instead pressured me by stating older patients were better able to recall such answers. When I relayed to “dr sedano” that I felt uncomfortable all she had stated was that I could tell the courts why I was not doing the class. I’m enrolled somewhere else now thankfully. However I have attempted to contact regarding a refund on my non-service and have been told repeatedly they’d call me back. Now whenever I attempt to call no one answers. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Highly unprofessional. You are better off going ANYWHERE else. *edit: I’m sure the good reviews on here are employees there or something there is NO WAY this place is HORRIFIC!

Never answers the phone during all hours of operation as I have called numerous times and expects you to leave a message for a callback. VERY unprofessional. I also would give zero stars if I could.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would but unfortunately I have to give them one star in order to be able to write a review they're not even worth the one-star. I went in and paid 120 on October 11th for revocation packet it took them 6 days to mail in my revocation packet and the counselor Elizabeth sodano light on my revocation packet stating I have a condition which I suffer from that would enable me to be a safe driver when I called the office I spoke to their front desk lady who told me that I failed to disclose a DUI that was dismissed and that resulted in her checking the box that I suffer from a condition when I called the DMV they stated that the counselor falsified the documentation and now I'm having 2 fight their decision not to give me back my license this counseling office is nothing but a rip-off I will be suing them for my money back and I will be calling the board of Licensing because they're not allowed to lie and state that I have a condition vacation packet do not go here they are a rip-off and you will be denied because they're nothing but frauds. I called multiple times and did not get a call back from the counselor so I called again and I was put on hold for over 2 hours. I eventually realized that at 6:30 p.m. what they did was just put me on hold and left the office for the day I have contacted the motor vehicle department and they are doing an investigation on this specific counselor regarding them being licensed to do revocation packets for the State of Arizona they should not be allowed to do any type of counseling whatsoever. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. THEY ARE FRAUDS.

They never sent in my revocation packet. They will not answer my calls or return my messages. Ripped me off 120 and have wasted 7 weeks off my time that I've been waiting for a response from dmv. Now I have to get a new packet and go through this whole process again. Now I'm going to lie more money from having to take time off of work. Never go here for driver Liscense revocation packet
