I had a great FANTASTIC experience purchasing my new 2020 Genesis from this dealership. First I would like to say that even despite this pandemic, I appreciated to be greeted by the Brian(sales manager) with an elbow bump to still receive a warm welcome. Then I explained to them the vehicle I wanted which was present in the showroom and he escorted me to the sales guy to help assist me. Rafael Felix(Sales Guy) was awesome from the beginning! I explained to him that I was ready to run the numbers towards leasing that vehicle and he got right on it. He did not try to "play games" and give me the run around but got right to business. He was very professional and actually a very great guy. He explained in detailed extra things that I did not know about the vehicle and took his time answering all of my questions. He has been working in this car industry several years and it does show. I have leased several vehicles and most of the time the sales guy makes it more difficult and complicated due to their own agenda. Chapman Genesis wants to make sure that the experience is pleasant for each customer and even has it posted on their wall. With the help of Brian, I received an offer that I was extremely HAPPY with and I was ready to sign the documents! The entire process from walking in the doors to driving away in my new vehicle was smooth and rewarding! This dealership knows how to get the job done the RIGHT WAY! I am so glad to be apart of the GENESIS family and I will continue to do business with Chapman in the future!

Every 8 to 10 years I am faced with and unpleasant task of purchasing a new car. We do not enjoy going to the dealers and listening to all the sales pitches and all the reasons why we need to buy the car they want to sell you. We knew the exact car we wanted however every salesman kept us at his desk 2 to 3 hours. Exhausted from the day of trying to buy a car, we decided to make our final stop at Chapman-Genesis, located on 999 W Bell Rd. We went in and sat down and told the salesman exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. The salesman returned in about 10 minutes and said we just purchased a car. We decided to finance the car and the finance manager was very efficient and we were out the door in 20 to 30 minutes. A week later we found a problem with a dent in the car and we felt it was on the car when we purchased. However, it was not easy to determine where the dent occurred. We contacted customer service and explained what happened and we took the car in to the dealership. The general manager, George Salman came out and looked at the car and said he wants me to be a satisfied and immediately set a schedule to repair the car. Jerry West, a very satisfied customer.
