This was the best meal we had in Philly, with plenty of good restaurants to choose from. The service from the moment we stepped in this cozy, restaurant was welcoming. Bring your own bottle of wine :). We fortunately had an early reservation. By the time we left there was a line outside, understandably so. Our favorite dishes were Brussels sprouts, smoked cod and a decadent dessert with cookie and caramel.

Enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Noord and am definitely looking to returning for another meal soon. The bread was delicious, warm and served with a whipped butter and roasted garlic. My friend had the soft shell crab special and I had the meatballs. The servings were generous and so delicious. We loved the combination of flavors. Then we had the delicious chocolate bark with coffee. Plus the service was wonderful and it's a BYOB. Really great find!

Dutch food and the feeling at this spot is excellent. It was so appetizing. The staff was very welcoming and sociable. The bill was good for how much you get. I can see why they have a lot of good reviews.

The food at Noord is great across the board. It's a comfortable restaurant, not too noisy, and has a ton of options. The fish stands out but there are plenty of tasty choices for people who don't like fish. Definitely a place for more adventurous eaters though.
