Had my first physio appointment with Mel today, she is fantastic. So knowledgeable, lovely manner, listened well and explained everything! Rather than just a quick fix, she really focused on building strength to give a long term solution which is what I would really like to achieve. I highly recommend.

Mel Hewitt

I had very badly torn ligaments (15 years ago) in my ankle which I’ve since sprained several times and never received treatment for. As a result I've suffered after long walks or kneeling down and felt really limited to what activities I could take part in. Prior to seeing Mel, I had resigned myself to believing that my fate was sealed! Well I'm now on week 5 of ‘couch to 5k’ and feeling no pain! Her guidance and knowledge have done wonders for my physical and mental health! I cannot recommend Mel highly enough or express my appreciation! She’s a genuinely lovely person and her expertise have transformed my life!
