Very poor experience, with rude seemingly disinterested staff. Being there with a relative requiring emergency care seemed to be a complete inconvenience to their tea break. Will go straight to ARI/999 next time - shockingly poor.

Such a useless place , phoned in for emergency and got told to come in next week!? If it’s an emergency then it should be NOW. So useless, Aberdeen is better, they treat you like they don’t even want to be there, very rude !!

The Maternity unit has been beautifully renovated and the staff are so friendly and helpful. This is a valuable resource and so much nicer than Aberdeen.
