I have been to his office and tele medicine a couple of times in 2020. I find him to be rushing me and not listening or helping to resolve the problem or concern. His front desk staff is friendly and his PA is better than him. I don't know but these older doctors in South Florida need some type of customer service

So far waiting an hour and fifteen minutes in an environment with all scheduled patients including a patient saying she has recovered from COVID-19. Disorganized staff. Items being promoted everywhere with prices written on post-its.

Worst set of doctors you can see. No empathy, cold, clinical and completely unfriendly. Even if you arrive early for your appointment you will still wait at least 1 1/2 hours to be seen. If I could give a minus 5 I would for this review. I have to believe all the 5 star ratings for this doctor have to be fake because all the patients in their waiting room were complaining. These 2 doctors I would not trust my pulmonology issues with as they only care about 1 thing..... I did not get a good feeling with either physician. **AVOID**

Money hungry, unprofessional doctor and staff. I regret going to him. Thanks to him and his incompetent staff there is a huge delay on my clearance. They took all my Money and milk my insurance and I still did not get what I needed. I’m beyond livid and feel mislead.

I made an appointment via telemedicine. I waited 1 month. The day of my appointment I waited for the office to call me and no one called. I called the office and the secretary told me that I needed to fill out forms that where NEVER sent to me or I have never been requested to fill up. Then she told me she can give me a different appointment some other day. Then she sent me the email that was never sent before and told me to fill the forms, the forms where NOT on the site she directed me to. I had to create an account to show her that. Then she sent me a PDF with the forms that I had to print to fill out and then scan back. I did not have access to a printer so.... couldn’t be seen. I requested time off work, waist my precious time and she just canceled my appointment. I am a physician and this is NoT how you treat patients. So disappointed.
