Buddhist pagoda where to celebrate Khmer new year, mid april, Paris, France. Very pleasant and beautiful place with stands and Khmer pic nic dish.

Closed at times. Went here by Uber and found it closed... People there said it will be opened after April.

Nothing really special here. It's just a beautiful corner in the park, but most of the time closed. The big Buddha, the biggest Buddha in Europe as I know, seems a fake and cheap reproduction of a Tibetan statue.

The Great Pagoda, Paris. We went to visit the statue because we were in the area, but didn't know there was a relic of the Buddha on the same site. There are frequent events, typically at weekends and public holidays, if you coordinate your visit with a festival it might enrich your experience. However in every case the statue and relic make this one of the most important Buddhist sites in Europe. There is space to meditate but bring your own cushion.

The coffee of the day was brilliant, never had Indian coffee before. The man dealing with me spoke brilliant English and was incredibly friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Run down and not clean. The Tibetan community of Paris deserves better! The grounds were littered with rubbish. It's really a shame.
