We came to this restaurant last week and were blown away by the duck dish. It was exquisite. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home. The price was also reasonable for the quality. Ham starter, 2 mains and a bottle of red wine cost us just under 100.

Must place if you like duck. It is cosy, service is excellent. Perfect for a casual lunch or nice intimate dinner. Would definitely go back!

The best meal we had in Paris. The confit de canard was fabulous! The service was wonderful! It is a family owned business. The chef showed us her ham slicer while she and my husband bonded over their shared appreciation for a well fattened hog. (It was a bit surreal) An all around lovely experience. Good solid, classic, regional French cuisine done with the frank, unapologetic passion only the French bring to their food!

Probably the most authentic French restaurant that I've tried in Paris, they serve typical dishes from the southwest region of France (mostly duck). The service is really nice and make you feel really comfortable even if you're not local. Definitely I'll be getting back soon. I strongly recommend to take the parmienter au canard.

The reviews are spot on this place has some of the best food in Paris. It is in the Latin quarter so it gives you a nice French village restaurant feel but in the big city. The man who meets you at the front is a local who works for free and helps with the seating of patrons and he is funny and charming, the owner is the chef. The escargot is really flavorful and comes without the shell so it is cooked evenly in the pan. The duck breast as well had a phenomenal honey glaze sauce that was subtle and did not overwhelm the dish with sweetness and the breast was able to be cut like butter. I had the duck breast stuffed with foie gras and the two textures went well together with each bite. Highly recommend this place but you NEED reservations.

La Grange Aux Canard - All you can do with a duck. If, as me, you love a meal made with duck this is a must visit restaurant. Cooking authentic south western french recipes they offer a number of tasty options. Normally duck breast is the standard fare but here they find a number of interesting combination such as the tagliatelle with three duck which has breast, foie gras and carppacio of duck. There is still duck breast and the honey coated served pink was sublime. For a central Parisian restaurant prices were fair but booking is a must.

Relaxed atmosphere with delicious dishes though open for lunch only Saturdays. A few tables outside and ample space inside. Excellent red wine by the glass. A little bit expensive, but extremely well located a few meters from the Notre Dame.
