Great doctors, without saying. Super helpful

The ER was cramped, overcrowded, and quite dirty. But as soon as I was admitted I had the most amazing nursing staff and amenities. I really couldn’t be happier with how they treated me. But the ER was indeed really bad.
Blood on the floor of the ER room where my husband was getting care!!! NOT SANITARY! Extremely long wait despite having very few people in the hospital. The chief physician was extremely rude and entitled. Someone so insecure clearly can’t be good at his job. My husband was in the ER and the chief physician basically yelled at me when I asked to be consulted directly in another room if they didn’t want me in the ER and the infuriated him so he then stormed out like a child. They don’t clean well as there was blood on the floor of the ER room where my husband was being treated. If they can properly clean up blood which is visible I can only imagine how great the risk of getting COVID is from this hospital.
Excellent emergency service. The nurses were very kind and welcoming. The quality of the service was very good. The doctor was amazing and I take this opportunity to thank all the personnel who were very kind and professional. The waiting time depends on the nature of the emergency.
The hospital entrance is too far to walk from the train station if you are in an injured state. The hospital itself isn't very accessible, given that accessibility should be the number 1 priority for a hospital. Being right next to a train station doesn't help if there is no direct access to the hospital with a accessible entrance with minimal walking. Secondly, the emergency room is on the second floor, not at ground level or at entrance. One has to navigate a labyrinth to get there, which defeats the purpose of it being an ER. Thirdly, nobody cares about you. I took an ailing friend who couldn't even walk, and nobody would proactively tend to her. She had to ask for a wheelchair to be provided, and nobody would come to help us. We had a lot of luggage as we had just landed in Paris and needed to go there as she couldn't even walk because of an infection she contracted on the journey. I had a terrible experience at this hospital. I am from India but live in Paris, and even hospitals in tier 3 cities in a developing country like India provide better care and service than this posh Parisian hospital. They may not be as clean, posh or well equipped, but the service is way better. This hospital is an embarrassment to Paris and France, unless the others are also this way.
Sitting in the waiting room with a broken wrist for 45 mins now... Still waiting.
I came for three simple procedures. The hospital has booked me incorrectly three times now. They didn’t send convocations for the correct dates and they did not follow up incorrect dates sent. Their organisation wastes everyone’s time and causes unnecessary expense and stress. Serious improvement is needed for appointment bookings and coordination.
I spent 2 nights in cardio with a minor surgery. Everyone was beyond caring and kind. They spoke English even when it was difficult for them. They went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and assured. Thank you to the incredible service, nursing and medical staff!
