Beware, Clinique Monceau is poorly organized administratively, the reception and exit desk have very unprofessional people and if you stay only one night, you have to pay 2 days at 220. euros each day for a small grungy room. Also you must meet the anesthetist before any operation but they work in a team so you do not know who is putting you to sleep...very dangerous for the patient but practical for the team ...a horrible clinique that I definitely do not recommend...the so called directrice cares not about the patients and is a career-climbing person.

I was very well taken care of and I appreciate the efforts once in. The last mile for the extra star would be an improved communication with the patients. If one is supposed to receive a call the day before, communicating the time for admission make sure of that, implement check points in your process. Afterall depending on the admission each secretary can take 20 minutes to review the schedule and make sure it is communicated. I had to call and email my doctor just to make sure that I am going at the right time. Other than that a good experience. Regards, Adela

It is true that the girls at the reception are not very attentive and do not pay a lot of attention to you. But it doesn’t matter because the nurses, the anesthesiologists and the surgeons are very caring, kind and careful. They make you feel safe and protected while they do their job. Everything was well organized. I didn’t wait long, passing from one space to another to accomplish all standard procedures before the surgery. The hospital is clean and pleasant. Many thanks to my assistant anesthesiologist (I didn’t ask her name), but she made me laugh and I was not scared at all and I don’t remember falling asleep. I think she tricked me with an oxygen mask or something :))) Wishing all the team all the best in their work and life!

Received quick, expedient care by a wonderful, pleasant Dr Molinari and the rest of the front desk staff. She ensured that the stitches from my earlier trip and cut in Place Vendome would be beautiful.

I am very sick and need to see a doctor. This clinic is the only clinic in my area marked as being open on a Sunday. I managed to walk there, just for the receptionist to tell me very condescendingly \you should know that no one is here on Sundays\. I reminded her that the web-page has them listed as open and she laughed it off. I almost fainted in the lobby as she was turning me away.
