We've used PODS before and it was great. From Oregon to Tennessee, no problems. Getting out of Tennessee, smooth as butter. We're on the final leg of a long move to California and the Van Nuys location is dropping the ball. The website says our PODS is due to arrive before yesterday, but it's location is still listed in Tennessee. We received an automated message giving us a service window this evening in California. Customer service (the national toll-free number, because by design individual locations can't be reached directly) says that the container is at the storage facility but hasn't been processed, and that it won't be available to drop off today. This hurts, because we scheduled this two weeks ago and are organizing our lives around having our possessions delivered to us on time. Instead, apparently everything we own is being stored Arc-of-the-Covenant style in an unmarked warehouse. I've scheduled another service window two days from now, but my confidence is low. It's pretty telling that a lot of the other google reviews for this location are one-star for similar issues. To be clear: most of the PODS experience has been great. Customer service has been doing everything they can, and have been patient with my growing frustration. It's literally the last mile - the most important part - that is breaking down the whole experience.
had them delivery my pod. they delivered to wrong address and when i called got the run around and they took all day for me to get my pod and had to pay my help for doing nothing and had to get new help when it final was delivered. no one would tell me what time it was going to be delivered and

Incompetence abounds. They never showed for my delivery and kept the pick up date....but had that date wrong.
