Maid never showed so they sent a substitute, 3 hours after we checked in. She was very nice but you can’t clean all surfaces with one spray bottle, a magic eraser, two towels, and no mop. It still feels dirty. Not to mention every sheet is mismatched and we are still washing towels from previous guests.
I had the pleasure of staying in a condo from November to March 1st. The company that cleaned and maintained the condo was A&W Cleaning. Such great people! Anytime I needed anything Amanda Williams and her crew were on it in no time. The condo was clean and neat and her special touch of the Swan Towels made me feel special. I couldn't figure out how to use the remote for the TV I called the number. I thought I'd be leaving a message, as it was 9pm, and I would get a call back in a day or so. Not!! The voice on the other end was kind and understanding of this old lady's lack of remote skills. She walked me through it and even offered to come out and show me. Late in my stay I called to let them know that a bulb had gone out thinking they could replace it when I checked out, but instead there was a very nice lady knocking on the door within the hour. I would and have told all my friends to only stay where A&W Cleaning is the contracted company to take care if the condo.
Reliable, honest, detailed and very respectful. I have had no headaches with my guest since A&W Cleaning has taken over my vacation rental. My reviews also went up! Thank you A&W Cleaning
