Sent my cc info for a bill on Nov 2nd. Then they sent me another bill and sent my cc info on Dec. 1st. They never ran the payment or let me know there was a problem, now they sent me into collection. So %&*# YOU.

My doctor there is a very good dr. The staff in the office is a nightmare. They never answer the phones, they never want to help. They always pawn you off on someone else who isn't even there. My Dr.'s nurse is RUDE with a capital R. You'd think they would place a bigger importance on customer service since most of the patients there are critical, being at that type of person's mercy stinks.

If you want critical pulmonary care DO NOT COME to this office, from management to DRS to the medical assistants they don’t care about ANYTHING but MONEY. This office does not value HIPPA.. I would not recommend Dr.Beri to see my sick dog she will spend less than 3 mins in the room with you. This practice is build on they could care less about your actually health/wellbeing. I’m warning you go else where
