Extremely upset at customer service… Extremely upset at customer service response to a complaint. Chairs are breaking . I paid to replace one and now they are all breaking. Retro chairs so do not buy them!!!! I bought all my furniture at dwell for quality. Apparently out of guarantee so clearly the furniture doesn’t last. No response to complaint online so called the store who was very helpful and agreed the chairs should last longer than 3 years. We only use the table at weekends and there is only 2 of us!!! Shocking is all I will say , so do not buy from there is all I can say. The only star was for Chelsea in Oxford at least she spoke sense and apologised coz my online complaint was ignored. Chelsea .....I would recommend you find a company that appreciates the high quality of your customer service
