DREADFUL SERVICE. I left my iPhone with them for an hour to replace the battery. I came back to a broken screen. The shop owner denied that he broke my screen and threatened to keep my phone if I did not pay for the battery change

I recently had occasion to call Refax Systems regarding my computer breakdown. As it was during the Lockdown, I was pleasantly surprised to hear they were still operating. I could not have been more delighted with the result. It was fixed and returned to me within a couple of hours. I would totally recommend Refax.

I have used Refax in Pettswood x3 times as they could not fix my sons iPad correctly on each accasion. Each time there was a mistake and this was fitted by the owner John. To make matters worse John demands that that the item is paid for upfront before the item is fixed (95) when you return to see it has not been fixed correctly, he explains it was not an easy job and therefore he will reduce the cost ‘next time’ you return to the store with a problem! The attitude alone from John is astonishing, it is a wonder he is still in business, his attitude alone is enough for anyone not to use him, and then include the shabby work and service that matches his attitude, wow truely unbelievable. I must say 100% steer clear. He has a vape shop also in Pettswood (the train station side not the square) he should stick to vapes and not fixing electrical (my fault!). I also hear from many locals that the vapes and liquids are questions on how legitimate these products are. BE AWARE!

I needed my laptop fixed and was really worried about who I wanted to fix it. I took it a few places just to enquire and even though I don’t know much about computer some things they said didn’t make sense. I eventually ask Refax and I trusted them and I’m so glad I did. I have now become a little regular, they have now also looked my printer and I am now using them to do my printing. I will never go any where else. Thanks guys I will recommend you to my friends
