I ordered glasses, and two weeks later I received a call telling me the glasses were ready - I went to Boots in Petts Wood and, the glasses were not the ones I ordered. I was promised they would contact me straight away with an update - over a week later, and I'm still waiting for an update. They are aware, I cannot see without my glasses. Disgusting. Will not be using them again.
Very polite , helpful and discreet staff.
