I enjoyed the flight in Air France, the plane arrived on time and it was easy to board it. While inside the instructions are given in French but with subtitles in English. Their video was funny and entertaining. The plane was comfortable and with a TV right in front of you, could watch whatever you want while the long flight. I got some with with my food and purchased some more to feel comfortable and it was relaxing. Overall the flight was long from Chicago to Paris and Back, it takes a long time but it is well worth it. The attendants were friendly back when you tried to speak French and if you are nice to them too of course. I cannot imagine dealing with many people all at once as they do so thank you. or Merci Air France. will fly with the airline again

Why isn't it possible to get some orientation? The flight (begin of May) with Air France was cancelled by the airline itself. They promised to send me a voucher, which hasn't happened til now (August). Requests on the website are not being answered. Calling not possible. After asking by email 1 month ago no answer. I sent them the request for a refund on Facebook. They promised to send it to me by mail. Now I asked again after 3 months, somebody asked me to be patient and that it takes some more time because of COVID. Thank you, this is already my experience. This doesn't give me any orientation what will happen next and when approx. Other airlines are much more service oriented. Ethihad sent my money back, 4 weeks after the flight had been cancelled. And I could call the hotline. What they promised happened accordingly.

Merci à Air France..bravo franchement..j ai peut être attendu longtemps au téléphone..40 minutes..mais j ai ma réponse mes billets sont reportés jusqu'à fin année 2021..c est vraiment le fleuron de la France..en plus l accueil à bord des Hôtesses Stewarts à l enregistrement et même pour personnes à mobilités réduites..top.. Merci Air France
Très bon voyage effectué avec air france, je suis toujours satisfait de mes vols que j'ai fait, bonne accueil a bord et merci.
On devrait tous pouvoir voyager en business !
