Such a fun way to spend the afternoon!!! The rink was great and the kids had a blast.

They apparently have a limit on how many they let in for public skating, but they can’t tell you whether or not you’ll be able to get into the session time allocated. It takes me about 25 minutes to get there only to be told at the door that it’s full and to try to come back to the next session that starts in two hours. However, there is no guarantee that I would be able to get in to that either, so I was told. Well, I won’t waste my time with this place anymore. It is absolutely shameful how they operate, and they don’t care at all about you as a customer. They made that very clear when I called and spoke to them. I suggest going to the Ice Factory in Kissimmee instead for public skating, and avoid this place if you can. They treat people terribly.

This is an amazing place to take the family to ice skate and have fun...if you can ever get in. The doors are supposed to open 30 min prior to opening so you can get rentals, but they are always full to capacity before that. When you get in the person says come an hour or two early and even then you might not get in. The website always says open even when they are packed and not letting people in. It's fun if you can get in.

I showed up with my friends and was promptly told to leave because wrist bands were sold out, and then was told rudely next time show up 1-2 hours earlier to get my wrist band. This is unacceptable.

Nice sportsplex. Very busy with hockey and ice skating. Lots of parking.
