I would like the owner of Okko Northwood Hills to get in contact with me as soon as possible. I was served by Manager Sarah who did our pedicures and manicures. I have proof with pictures and according to staff of Okko cctv proof where she has bruised and left us bleeding. When we made an official compliant, she was extremely aggressive and unprofessional, repeatedly stating we are lying.
First visit for a basic facial cleaning and treading. Catherine done it for me and I can tell you how she was perfect. very kind and has a an excellent understanding when it comes to your choices I will definitely comeback again
