While we're not the most discerning golfers, this course was a surprising treat, well worth the trip from Oban. Nice fairways and greens, for sure, but the setting and scenery really make the place special. The greens keeper took the time to point us in the right direction, and we nearly had the course to ourselves. One of the highlights of our trip.

Great little course. Harder than it looks

Played here today. It's a challenging but basic 9 hole loop with few frills. The course was very wet, soft and boggy. Some balls that landed on the fairway were impossible to find as they'd become embedded. In better conditions it would be much more pleasant particularly if you arrived there the day after the fairways had been cut. Avoid after heavy rainfall I'd say which is quite likely in this part of the West of Scotland.
